Languiole-Prestige importer?

I have a cheese knife (upturned dual tip blade) with a tip that has begun to delaminate. The retailer no longer carries or supports the brand. No response from languiole-prestige.com about warranty claims. Anyone know an importer, manufacturer's rep, or other outfit that might respond? The blade has a depiction of a wood shoe (sabot) in addition to the text "Languiole Prestige."

Welcome to the forums. You are contacting the wrong company; the"sabot" is the mark of
La coutellerie Au Sabot. Some of their table cutlery is marked "Laguiole Prestige" and with the number of makers in the Laguiole region it's easy to get confused.

If you are actually trying to contact one of the original makers in France, be advised your email will be returned much more quickly if you use French. I had to order and correspond in French when I purchased my Prestige.
