Very nice lanyards, folks. Jason, very creative with the rattle. Franz, nice peices too. I like the metal bushings, and really like the one with dark & light blue. Do you know what that knot is called?
I'm just learning too, and have been experimenting with monkey fists of different sizes and shapes. Most of my Buck lockbacks and edc 112 don't have lanyard holes, so I rarely use them on knives, but I can see where they can be useful to get a better grip on a small knife.
I do like the one on my 2AA Fenix light for retrieving from the pocket, or on keyrings, or hanging from the rear view mirror, or attached to ceiling fan & fluorescent light switch pulls. I mostly just like making things out of paracord, and my friends like when I give them an item. It's great stuff, and it's a satisfying feeling to see the finished project, especially if it was a time consuming one.
