For the new guys - the instructions will be posted soon enough. They are easy to follow. Don't worry about that part. What everybody stresses over is getting their email request in early so they'll score the knives they want. So they try and trick everyone by bumping old Ganza posts to the top, or impersonating Jerry by posting "GO".

A good strategy is to have a copy of the email saved as a draft and ready to send. If the Ganza is set for a time span period, like lets say 8pm - 10pm, and you see a Ganza GO post pop up at 8:01pm. Make sure you check the post date! Someone will most likely bump up last Ganza's post. That's seems to be a favorite trick among HOGs.
