If anybody is interested and has large animals they need to cut up such as elk, bear or tasty tasty moo cow, I have put some prototypes on the bay: https://ebay.us/m/Hr0NMi

One penny no reserve auction

All proceeds go towards helping the family of an autistic child buy beer

I made a set for my neighbor, the farmer that makes the most amazing meat. I'm sure you've heard me talk about him and his cows before.

This is the only other set. These will not become a standard pattern.

.140" Magnacut, HRC 62, 18DPS, very thin behind the edge, narrow flat grinds, these are scalpels that cut like a laser beam. I kept them handle heavy which you will appreciate when your hands are slippy with tasty tasty moo cow goo. There's about 7 inches of cutting edge on each. Relatively stiff boning knife (this ain't a fillet knife) has a sharp needle point. Both of them have slightly reinforced points. Black G10 handle scales.

This is a charitable auction. All proceeds will go towards beer and helping a 1997 Ford F250 continue to run.

You’ve twisted my arm; these look excellent.

Is there such a thing as Delta Magnacut, so to speak, or is Magnacut’s treatment more or less standardized?

Edit: My lead didn’t last long. This looks to be a real knife fight. So to speak.

This is as close to Delta Magna cut as you're going to get

It is not standardized

However the standard heat treat really is quite good. We did however manage to squeeze a little bit more juice out of it.

Here is an exhausting video if you would like to hear me prattle on about it:
