• Happy Thanksgiving to all of you! I hope that you all have something to be grateful for this year and for many years to come
  • America has reached 250 years, and I am grateful to be here, in the best country in the world. Thank every one of you who helps make this country a better place, those who have gone before and risked it all, and those who've paid the ultimate price to make the United States what we are today.

Happy Birthday America! Let Freedom Ring for all time!

Large Bush Sword

If I had that bush sword like that, I might have to become a professional Pirate.

Pillaging, looting, marauding, you know, pirate stuff!

Nice piece, Stuart....you have madd skillz, amigo!

I really dig the rear construction detail, but also wish it was a takedown, because I know how well you do those.

Best Regards,

STeven Garsson

Always such a pleasure to look at your works my friend.....outstanding! [emoji106]

That's one lovely tool. I could never afford it but if in hand I would use it regularly and always with a smile.
Nicely done

Thanks very much for all the comments. Here's a short video of me testing the blade. Even with bad tendonitis and a piece of leather wrapped around the tang as a handle (you can see how much it slipped at the end), it didn't take much to cut this piece.

Wow. It looks beautiful and it chops like a beast. It's like a fusion of purely functional heavy-duty machete and Shogun-worthy Dotanuki. Great work. :D:thumbup:

I kid you not Stewart. This knife almost looks like you cracked my head open, and made this blade thats been in there for a few years. I have a sketch that I did a While back, and the handle is almost the only real difference. Well that and the fact that you know what your doing, and I just drew a knife based on desire, not on years of blademaking knowledge...lol

we'll be seeing some new stuff from this Branson guy over the next few months...

That. Is. Awesome!! I would dearly love to come home and find that in the mailbox! Note to self: get a bigger mailbox. Really beautiful package - looks like it was made to cut.
