Well my friend Paul Hilborn felt pity on me standing out in the rain crying because I didn't have a 6292 to call my own.
I was quite floored to see this arrive in the mailbox yesterday. Now I've never owned any vintage Case knives but it is an understatement to
say the quality and craftsmanship from the 70's era was certainly top shelf. Very lovely strawberry colored bone on this one.
As sweet a knife as this is I cannot keep it squirreled away in a safe or drawer. It will be dutifully carried for a long time to come.
