Largest knife that disappears in your pocket?

It depends on the size of the pockets in the pants. :D

With some cargo pants, I can vanish Kabar 3/4 shorties or Western L46-5 fixed blades in their sheaths. My dress pants can handle any of the any of the Bird & Trouts fixed blades - Kabar 1226/1232, Western L48A, L48B, L26, WestCut K1, K2, K3.

But the only time I worry about pocket carry is church, funerals and weddings.

A Spyderco Endura is the largest knife that will hide down in my pocket. I mean, not clipped, but dropped down inside like a regular pocket knife. The Delica is the best for this, though.
This, exactly. The Endura tends to wedge at the bottom when carried clipless, while the Delica just swims around easily with the other contents of the pocket.

Mine are:

Delica 4

and a Native.

Both without clips. The Native nestles in my pocket a little better, but the Delica does well enough.

These are comfortable in pants/jeans and cargo clothes due to their thickness, similar to most folders nowadays.
Normal thickness, like you average BM, ZT or Kershaw, with a 6" blade:

Slimmer than 80% of the EDC folders posted in the "EDC What knife did you carry..." thread:

Very slim:

The thinnest of them all, thinner than the vast majority of 1-4 inch folders from the market today:

Well I dont know about "disappears" but it is very light for its massive 5.5" blade length. I frequently wear it to the gym in sweatpants and dont feel it at all.
