March came in like a lion

but the foot of snow we had is starting to disappear.

Last Thursday here it was almost 80, this morning when I woke up it was 8 (Fahrenheit). Spring in Nebraska is a confusing time.

Great pictures, though, and those are some neat knives. That big bowie is very cool, and I'm not generally a fan of them.

Fantastic photos. You have some serious talent.

As for the weather report: we are getting a buttload of snow. Hasn't quit for two days. I had told my wife I was done shoveling for the year but I think I need to recant.

The big Bowie is a very unusual Barkie

based on the limited run of 30 KSF Custom Bowies

it is the only one with a single quillian guard and that saber style handle has a more pronounced pinky hook, the handle material is IPE.

It has become one of my favorite field tools.

Hey Mike, is that Lovers Leap State Park in New Milford and Indian Valley Farm at the bottom of the hill? If so, thats my stomping grounds. I found some arrowheads just across the gorge from there--KV
