Wow Bike Mike, whenever I see photos like this I gotta say i need to get overseas more!
Of course i have no idea where those photos are from but I still gotta get!
 
Hike Mike where is that you are hiking at. I mean the state and all. I am about 70 miles south west of Lincon NE. I was wondering just how far that would be to drive and all.
if it is not to far from me. I would sure like to take a weekend and go there.

I’m in North Western Connecticut, in the foothills of the Berkshires and just east of the Taconic Range.

It is ridge country, lots of steep terrain and rocky ridges.

Only a couple of hours north of New York City, a beautiful area close to major population centers.

Factor in the four seasons and lots of land to hike, it’s hard to beat.

thanks for the photos. i am sad to see the winter go personally. but it actually snowed here in OK today. pretty crazy considering it was close to 90 on tuesday.
