That would be the ultimate Kitchen knife.

It has a look of Jewelery about it. Even though us guys like it, a Woman would go nuts over it..And keep it looking gorgeous..

If a guy gave his wife one of those, it ought to be good for at LEAST another $500 worth of Beckers down the road..

BTW, USKnife supply has some thin translucent G-10 liner material they sell. The red in about .020" would be darn interesting to slip between those scales.. The light would still refract through them yet to red liners would tint the entire handle. You could call them something cool like "blood crystal" grips.

I actually held off buying any of the material due to the fact it's not opaque but it would be really neat on that setup..

The BK-15 is a great choice for that look! The lines of the BK-15 really work well with the polish and handles. Totally different than any other Becker knife I have seen!
