Least favorite knife steel

The 420HC on my Leatherman Surge, what a POS steel. Gets dull when you look at it too hard.
 
Saw my name mentioned so I'll comment. Yeah, CPM-1V sucks as a blade steel.

Jerry, thanks for showing up. I figured there was at least a chance so I left the explaining part open just in case. I've seen you appear out of the blue before so I try not to misquote you. :)
