Good condition. Light signs of wear on the tools.

The sheath that this will come with has a hole in the bottom that can be seen in the picture, but it doesn't seem to be growing so I haven't worried about it much.

I just checked my sheath. I'm fairly sure that hole is so that you can sheath the Surge tip down with the pliers deployed. At least that's what I use it for!

The more you know. And it does fit nicely in there. My sheath is a little frayed around the edges so I just assumed it was a hole that wore in as my wave's sheath doesn't have that "feature."
