I found a very beaten up Leatherman Wave (new model) on the parking lot where I work right after the first blizzard. It looked like it went through a war with one of the blades snapped off. I called Leatherman about having it repaired even though I found it and wasn't the original owner. The nice lady who I talked to said to print out the warranty paper off their website and send it in with an explanation of the problem. Within 2 weeks I now have a brand new Wave.
Now that is customer service +1.
