Recently called Leatherman. I don't want to go into direct details about the transaction but, they was extremely helpful and went above and beyond for me. The ending result made my month! One of the very nicest customer supports I have dealt with. Also, with lightning fast shipping:thumbup:

Thanks Again,

Jules

Grey Sheath

You'd better believe it!

I've dealt with him and his wife many times over the past 4 years. Every deal went smoothly and every sheath was a masterpiece.

I always think of Leatherman first when I need a new sheath.

Not too long ago I owned a SOG PowerAssist EOD multitool, and I HATED the (new) nylon sheath it came with. I emailed SOG to ask if I could exchange it for one that fit the tool better and didn't clip on with a cheezy belt-clip. They emailed me a price-list of the sheaths they offer, with NO offer of exchange. (If only Ron Andersen was still alive, and still working with SOG...).

A day after that, I traded my SOG mulitool for a Leatherman Wave (with the "bit kit"). I like its' standard nylon sheath ALOT better, and the Leatherman Wave tool carries alot more tools than the PowerAssist EOG does.

Are we talking about BF member Leatherman the sheath maker or Leatherman the multi-tool production company?
