'Leave Feedback' process is cumbersome.

Can someone tell me what the comment section is for? The short review is what's posted.

Was wondering that too. And one shows the asterisk meaning it is required, but the other doesn't, yet you do have to do both. I just ended up putting the same thing in both.

The comment section is just an area where you can put a more detailed reply. If you click on the feedback for a deal, the comment will show up

Zippo2 That's not a normal exchange thread, and therefore you cannot use that to create feedback. (Similar to a transaction taking place via PM.)

If you two want to leave feedback for each other, you will need to create a thread on the exchange for the deal as a placeholder, and you both will need at least one post in it.
