just dont do it. I wont transact with new members on general principle. Its just like on the watch forms, new member, no posts, no interactions, wanting to buy a watch I have for sale. Absolutely not. A few years back I received a neutral feedback on here but the comment was stellar. didnt make sense at all.

Personally I wouldn't hold against someone something I knew about before a trade or sale. I'd either take it as ok/consider it positive while completing the transaction, or I wouldn't continue. Knowingly continuing while planning to leave neutral or negative feedback doesn't sit right with me.
I called it off a bit ago. The guy was weird. He had no gain in this, why lead me along. Never once did he ask for anything, just kept saying he was going to ship that night or he thought his wife shipped it out the night before.

He has no feedback and seems to just dabble in participation on the exchange part of the forum, half in trade and half in buying/selling.
My advice is to limit your trades to active PAID members with a feedback profile in good standing.
