Sometimes a stroke of genius comes streaking out of the blue like a lightning bolt hurled by the Gods themselves.

There I was, wearing my lucky thinkin' cap and brainstorming knife designs, when it hit me: a mini cleaver-style knife just right for cutting citrus, with a bottle opener on the back end. Eureka! Now that right there is a blade unlike anything anyone has ever seen before. A beer drinkin' knife.

A perfect design calls for a perfect name. What to call this tiny beast? The Citrus Slicer? No, the fruit type is too broad. Prune Puncturer? No, too laxitive. Apple Annihilator? Lime Lopper? NO....

The Lemon Lacerator.

A masterpiece knife like this is obviously impossible for anyone to ever produce en masse, so this is the only Lemon Lacerator that I will ever make. Read on, blade fans.

OAL: about 7 3/4" with a flat-ground cutting edge just shy of 2 1/2"
Weight: 2.4 oz

Bonus: This knife is forged from citrus acid-proof 89.5Ti 10Nb 0.5Fe beta metastable titanium alloy, and can handle the most puckering of sour fruits, and the toughest bottle caps!

Price: $175 SOLD
Paypal: KLSAMEE@YAHOO.COM

Remember, there is no way you'll ever see a knife even remotely like this one ever again, so don't pass up the opportunity to own the one and only Lemon Lacerator!

PS: The rainbow colors are the natural result of the heat treatment of this hardenable titanium alloy. Thanks for looking!

Nice take on the lime cutter. And funny coming from a guy who bought one from Charles.

OK, I feel like that guy that doesn't get jokes...and I'm never that guy. This is a play on the multitude of "Lime Cutters" that Charles produces and sells here on a regular basis.....right? Please tell me that's what it is and I'm just reluctantly that guy this time, because I can't live in a world where he (Mecha) thought this was an original idea. I'm that guy aren't I?....Damnit!

this is a joke right?

You got it, ice-pic. I hope you enjoy this absolutely unheard-of, one-off knife design.

Nice knife names, blade fans! The sky's the limit on Fruit Fillet'ers.

I'm sorry, I don't know what you're referring to.

Sorry was too quick on the reading http://www.bladeforums.com/forums/showthread.php/1276867-A-few-more-pocket-carries-(-Sold-)?p=14629340#post14629340 I thought you bought that lime cutter but you were just commenting it.

The point was you are familiar with Charles' lime cutter, thus no confusion possible about your knowledge of the design and the intended humor.

Oh wow, just incredible. I google'd "Lime Cutter" and this is what I find.

See, this is what's wrong with this industry today: cheap knock-offs. Barely 72 hours after inventing the Lemon Lacerator, and some factory in a foreign country called "Florida" (wherever that is), has already produced hundreds of these so-called "Lime Cutters."

Care to explain yourself Mr. Haxan, if that's even your real name?
