  • Today marks the 24th anniversary of 9/11. I pray that this nation does not forget the loss of lives from this horrible event. Yesterday conservative commentator Charlie Kirk was murdered, and I worry about what is to come. Please love one another and your family in these trying times - Spark

Let’s See Your Rarest Knives!

I guess I have a bunch of what could be called "rare" knives, in the sense that they're not made anymore. Here are a couple of Laconico S35VN flippers from Massdrop a few years ago. When the first one arrived in the mail, I liked it so much that I ordered another one immediately. They're really great knives for edc.

Laconico is my favorite designer by a mile. Rarely do I enjoy the way folders look (less is more for me). I purchased 3 different knives from different companies only to figure out they were all designed by Laconico after the fact.

These are pretty rare nowadays; 52100 Military.

A couple of my rarest ones

First: A Geno Denning (Caveman Eng.) drop point MiniGM. This came out of a conversation I had with Geno on my idea of a perfect small hunter as I didn't care for the blade style on his standard small knife. Geno got to playing with what we discussed and this is the first completed knife, ATS-34 and Stag. It is also the first knife he ever marked Prototype. Geno only made a few of these before he stopped making knives professionally.

My nest rarest is my Marbles SFO made in the year 2000 for the Ohio Gun Collectors Assn. It is a Campcraft done up special and I am told there were only about 100 knives ordered by members. You could request a specific serial number; this one is 0727 and I don't know the back story but 727 must have had some significance to the original buyer.
