"favorite season?"
I like them all. Summer is the hardest on me, and Winter is the easiest. This is because, in my line of work (nature photographer) I usually have to stay and photograph until about 1/2 hour after the sun has set, then hike out, back to camp, have dinner, and get ready for bed; then, I have to get up early enough to dress, eat, hike in to my chosen location, and start photographing about 45 minutes before sunrise. In the summertime, when the sun in the SouthWest is setting arounf 8:30-9:00 and the sun is rising around 5:00, it is impossible to get nearly enough sleep. In the winter, when the sun rises around 7:00-7:30 and sets around 4:30, this is not a problem. Autumn is probably the best season for outdoor photography, and Spring is probably the easiest and most pleasant conditions.
It's all good, as long as I get to be outside enjoying it.
