How expensive is land in AK?

--Mike

depends on where you buy it... the "valley" - around 40 min. north of Anchorage, land is getting more expensive as more people move out there..

i would love to learn martial arts, but the only art i have studied is "Kung-Fetus" - the art of screaming like a little girl while running away/curling into the fetal position while crying like a little girl

it took me years of dedication and beatings to master it (This is by no means a way to mock you Bravado, nothing but respect here for the dedication and discipline)

I think Alaska may get too cold for me to live there, anyway.

I was amazed at how affordable land seemed along the Kona Coast of Hawaii, when I was there three years ago. That's probably more my style. Spend my days scantily clad, snorkeling, eating fish and tropical fruits, etc.

so how old is jerry anyway??

summers can hit 80's... fishing and hunting is unreal, but winters are around 8 months and can be difficult for some.. Fairbanks (the land of Spearhead) is much, much colder though... -45 for a week or two
