That's a classic, George65. I'll bet every other florist or fruit grower had a Schrade or Case Florist's knife in the 1930s through 1950s.

The MADE IN USA looks like a Kingston which was a WW2 joint venture between Ulster & Imperial. I have one of these, built like a tank with great bone handles.
