Lets see some BIG knives

I have been lusting over some fighters lately and have realized I really like the big ones. So let's have a place for the BIG knives! Let's say blades of 10" and up, fighters, daggers, you know, the nicers types. Whether they are from your collection, or just pics you saved, let's see them.

Here are a large foursome...L-R: Frank Vought, Jr., Phillip Patton, Tom Krein, and Kent Draper....the Patton has about a 14" blade, the Vought and Krein 12", and the Draper comes in at 10 1/2".

One of my very favorites....Tom Maringer 'Death Angel' at 16" of mirror-polished, razor-sharp D2.

!2" of Greg Covington Bowie in the Bagwell tradition...

A 12" John Salley Dagger...

That ought to be a small start for ya.

My largest forged blade at present, from Chris Moss aka Knifemaker87,
his images...

Specs:
OAL: 18.75"
Blade length: 12.25" width: 1.5" average
Blade thickness: .25" tapering towards the tip.
Blade and spacer are 74 layer 1084/15n20 i forged on a Iron Kiss Hammer, and the blade has been laddered toward the edge.
Guard is raindrop pattern damascus.
Handle is Desert Ironwood secured by a stainless steel pin through the tang.

Cool little vid Lorien! Nice knife, and bike. Looks like a bit overkill on the bike for the trail, but not evryone has multiple bikes for all trails. I used to have bikes set up in 1" increments of suspension travel from 2" to 7" just for different trails, but I managed bike shops then.

Some really cool stuff on here, Scott, feel free to post some swords as well.

Fikes Parang with 10 1/2" Blade, Camp with 9 1/2" Blade

Fikes Jungle Honey, 15 1/2" Blade, 30" OAL Hard to qualify this as a knife!

OK, what the hell, I couldn't resist - here is my "BIG" knife - a 20"er by Mardi Meshejian of chain damascus, pink ivorywood and mammoth tusk - plus a bit of gold and stones.
