Hey y'all, like the title says post your blades in "hard use"...

Cream cheese on a croissant? Ugh!

Bagels are the way to go, and you'll have an excuse to baton then as well!
 
maybe, if someone is bold enough, a picture of a knife cutting paper will be posted. the hardest use a lot of knives sees.
 
Is that a tenacious? I didnt know they made it in the blue.

Pretty sure the tactical spreading technique becomes more difficult with a denser spread like this...

That's why you flip the knife edge up and lick from the spine, just watch your nose.
 
Not a pic of it IN use but I have been using it hard since I got it in March and I think the blade reflects that.BMLFTi.jpg
