I know. I have six Hinderers & a ZT/Hinderer now, then somebody had to come out with the Gen 6 in M390! Like I need another Hinderer. If the Slicers hadn't sold out so quick I'm afraid I would've caved in & ordered one.

I think I'm over it now.:)
But....but.....but..... Gen 6 AND M390!

Once the 3.5” no choil slicers come out at DLT with the triway pivot, I know I won’t be able to resist. That’s definitely next.

But then there’s also rumors of a run of skinny slicers..... :eek:
 
I'm always looking for a reason to buy something, it's just who I am, my happiness is derived from getting new stuff/ material things, but nothing I've seen here is even remotely attractive.

Are we talking skinny handle thickness or blade thicknes?

I'd be down for a thinner blade stock version of the slicer!

I have always said if we all liked the same knives then I would be out of business and the knife industry would be pretty boring. Luckily for us that is not the case and plenty of people happen to find Hinderer Knives very appealing.

The only reason I do not own one is because I prefer flippers.

Here is one of the Anodized ones we did a while back with some other knives. Hope this might help for size comparison. Feedback from our customers has been 99% positive. They all have said it is the sliciest Hinderer they have owned. If you need pics with one next to other knives let me know. I can get that for you Monday night.

Thanks Whitty! Thats very helpful.
Also the anodization work you have done is very appealing.

I have been on the fence trying to decide whether to purchase a xm 18 or crk umnumzaan.
I like the durability of xm 18s but the slim profile of the crk.
Then I came across the firetac and thought it might be a happy medium between the two?
I have been looking for something stout but at the same time something that isnt to bulky or cumbersome.
