Lets see some Hinderer action

Anyone with much experience see the detents on these triways soften over time? I have found I prefer the lighter mushier detents and this one is a tad too strong for my liking. Think ZT 0900 pocket rocket kind of detent. If they dont weaken or cant be dialed back then I will be moving it along for knife that better fits my weaker detent need.

Cant deny it is awesome looking though.

detent loosens up once it's broken in, I like to use a few drops of CLP and lots of fidget flipping to get it there while watching TV... wife isn't too crazy about it though haha.

Mine hasn’t lightened up. It’s nice and strong just how I like it! Flips like a rocket every time.

No comments on the new Walnut O1 24 Spearpoint ?

Very Excited.

Merry Christmas!

Saw that earlier today while at the gym, I was really hoping for a new skinny blade shape in 3.5" oh well. I'm sure lots of people will enjoy the xm24 vintage.

A small note on clip screws: overall, I love my Hinderers, obviously. The one thing I dislike are the Philips clip screws. They feel too large and sharp, stuff gets stuck in them, etc. So I just wanted to share a source for Ti T6 replacements, if you don't want to pay a fortune on ebay:

(no association other than being a happy customer)

They come in different length, 5/32 works well for the normal XMs and Full-Track, for the skinny XM-18 they are a little too long, you need to grind them down or buy shorter ones. 2-56 is a very common size, they work on - say - ZT or Colorado Spydercos as well.

Roland.

thanks for sharing the link to the screws.
