I got a Project X a couple of weeks ago, and fell in love with it.
Last weekend I took it apart and cleaned it. When I put it back together, I snapped the head off of one of the screws (totally my fault, over tightened it). Needless to say, I was totally bummed.
I immediately sent an email to Hinderer to see if I could get another screw. They responded Monday morning and said "No problem, we'll send one out today". 5 days later and I just got 2 new screws and a standoff in the mail. Excellent customer service!
Now the knife is once again complete, and all is once again right with the universe.
