That's awesome!A little Saturday morning scale swap on my Skinny XM-24. I honestly thought I'd be lucky to ever see a Skinny SW Ti scale and was delighted when the drop happened earlier this week. I'm past the breaking-in period, too, so this baby is buttery smooth.

Why didn't someone tell me...?
I got this XM-18 a year ago (my first hinderer) and was running it on bearings until a few days ago when I got a crazy idea and decided to try PB washers. I liked it, but it was a bit stiff.
Today I got another crazy idea and decided to try the teflon washers... OMG! this is the configuration this knife should have always been using.
The action is smooth as glass. Seriously. Unbelievably smooth, and it flips almost as well as it did on bearings. It no longer drops shut like a guillotine, but one little shake and it falls shut smoothly and controlled, which I love.
I really love this knife with this setup. It's like a totally different knife.

Yeah, that's what I used. The washers that came with the knife.Ebidis, have you ever thought about using the Teflon Hinderer sends out with each folder?
It's fantastic!
