I got it yesterday. Perfect action, no blade play, etc. just noticed 5 minutes ago the blade was off center, flicked it open and blade play. Took a penny to the pivot and sure enough it’s loose. So tightened it up and added some loctite. Absolutely crazy that a $425 knife from Hinderer came like that.
It probably backed off after a couple of flicks . But agreed it shouldn’t have but “sometimes” I don’t think they use loctite on the pivots or hardware.Yes it’s happened to me also on pivots and handle screws .I got it yesterday. I always check mine first thing and takes about 15 secondsView attachment 2834839
Arrived last week. Great action but centering is off and noticed today a rattling noise when flipping it. The bottom hex screw had loosened causing it to rattle. This is my 2nd new Hinderer in 2 weeks that has had hardware loosen on its own with just flipping and no use. Not really acceptable on a $425 knife.
