Victorinox Explorer...
010-68.jpg

The screw-in scissors, lack of a hook, and grey magnifyer makes this an older Explorer (from the 1980s)...

Victorinox Spartan Plus...
014-55.jpg

"Plus" scales keep the tweezers and toothpick, but add a small straight pin, eyeglass screwdriver that threads onto the corkscrew, and a small ballpoint pen...

Here are two pics of my new Squirt PS4. I will post some pics of my other new Leatherman tools shortly.

Huntsman Plus and Huntsman II...
001-87.jpg

Again, the "Plus" designation keeps the tweezers and toothpick, and add a pull-out ballpoint pen, mini screwdriver (on the corkscrew), and small pin.
002-90.jpg

The difference in the "II" models (I showed a Sportsman II earlier; this is a Huntsman II) is the normal SAKs have cellidor handles, which are smooth and shiny. They also have an inlaid Swiss shield. The "II" models have nylon handles, which are a bit rougher (although more durable) and have the Swiss shield painted on.

Again, showing the "Plus" features...

Forester (black) and One Handed Forester (red)
011-69.jpg

The One Handed Trekker (black) and One Handed Forester (red) are identical in terms of tools, except the Trekker has a Phillips screwdriver and the Forester has a corkscrew...
012-65.jpg

And the One Handed Trekker has the toothpick and tweezers, while the One Handed Trekker doesn't...
014-56.jpg

They still retain the Swiss shield, although it's molded in (but not painted) on the One Handed Forester...
015-55.jpg

They both come with half-serrated blades, but I fixed that quickly...
016-50.jpg

(The blades are identical in shape and size; they look disproportionate here because I had to angle the camera so as to not get a glint on the blades.)

Wenger Standard Issue. The one with the orange lanyard is from 2006, and has the year stamping. The one with the red-and-black lanyard is from 2009, and has no blade stampings...
017-49.jpg

The tools (both in features and dimensions) are the same, as are the markings. '06 on the left here, '09 on the right...
020-40.jpg

The only difference is the date stamps (not on any Standard Issues after 2008)...

I'm not sure how often Felinevet looks here, but I figured he (and maybe some other cat lovers) would like these.

Our first one came from a rescue shelter, but I can't say his name. Serves me right for letting my potty-mouth 9-year-old girl name the cat :D
As you can see, he likes the newer SAKs...
022-38.jpg

This is Dracula. He likes the ALOX models. Yes, he always has that sad face...

That's a beautiful Rambler. I wish Victorinox made such colored alox models more widely available.
