A forum member sent me an email asking about some details about my Lamey Fighter. No problem! Now before that, here is another picture of it from the reverse side viewAin't it a fighter![]()

It is a large fighter with a 12 5/8" blade and a 5 1/2" handle which makes it a 18 1/8" OAL scary knife! Matt built the knife with a distal tapered blade starting from a 5/16" thick spine at the ricasso to about a 1/16" at the 1" before the blade tip. The blade is having a sort of a gentle toothpick profile with a 2 1/8" width at the widest part of it which is right at the front of the ricasso, a 1 7/8" width at the middle part of the blade and a 5/8" width at the 1" before the blade tip. The blade surface is built in a flat grind with a convex micro-bevel at the sharp edge. And it has a long thin swedge that can be easily sharpened when needed.
The blade is made from W2, the handle material is a Missouri Black Walnut, the guard material is a copper and the pin is made from SS.
Tell you the handle is ergonomically shaped that makes it so comfortable in my grip and the whole blade move real fast and lively in my hand
