Unless you happen to have a battle pappy laying around my my battle saw is not fs/ft.....it will go in the keep stack with my hg55 le
 
I really wish I had the dough at the time to order two! This is gonna end up staying in the family for a while!

If it makes ya feel any better, I didn't get the email notice that the card was charged for the saw like I did with the SOB. I only knew about it being charged by being a perpetual poor person and watching my bank accounts every day.

I talked to the shop when I was having issues getting tracking info on 3 shipments recently, and was told my Battle Saw was getting coated and should be ready in two weeks..Coincidentally that was two weeks or so ago and still no info.
 
You may not receive these until after the New year, I obviously don't know anything, but the Busse crowd are a small group producing a large number of knives-Be patient
 
I think I ordered my BS on day 2 or 3 of the offering, black with black canvas and I have not yet been dinged. That is just fine by me !!! It gives more more evenings to work my corner and get the $$s aside...!!!! Though I do need a new pair of heels and some cheap mascara, I wonder if I can claim them as a legitimate business expense...?
 
Andy, could you post some pictures of yourself when the above process is complete?

I ordered a tanker grey with black canvas on the first day. Nothing yet. Also waiting on a custom Ed Brown 1911 that I placed an order for three weeks ago, government 5", naked slide, naked bushing, solid long trigger, carbon steel in gen 4 black with combat night sights. Sometime in January so maybe I'll get the Brown and the Battle Saw about the same time.
 
Going on vacation starting tomorrow. I'll send some pics of the Battle Saw in action. Cape Fear river here I come!
 





The first casualty! Grazed against the driveway while The wife was splitting wood. Feel a little better about wanting to strip it!
 
that had to hurt. super cool though, that your wife was in on the fun.
 
That was after I steeled the edge back straight. The majority of the "belly" of the blade was bent over on itself. But she has taken a liking to BUSSE, which may prove ruinous to our pocket book!

Any suggestions on how to strip this? Can't find the thread on it thanks to Bourbon.
