If you guys are like me. You are constantly moving and adding to your shop in hopes in making it more user friendly. I always like to see other shops to see some fresh ideas. So I somewhat cleaned mine up to be somewhat presentable. (Actually I just threw away my buddy Murphs beer cans) here it is let me know what you think!

Wow that is an awesome shop. One day Id like to have a set up like that. I have the space. Just dont have the money to purchase all those awesome things. Definitely want to get me a lathe and mill for sure. Havent worked on one in ages. Miss metal working.

Dang, how much did you hafta pay the boy to clean that place?! Looks good man! I'll be over in the next week to help coat the place in used beer bottles again.

I know how you feel fighter. I can't afford these things either. This is 20 years of tool collecting. I used to work on cars and harleys before I had kids. Fabbed all my own parts. Hince the lathe mill and welder. Its all nice to have but not neccesary for making good quality knives. I actually sold a old corvette I worked on to build this shop. It took me 2 years! Keep pluggin away brother.

I have to say that is one of my favorite shops so far... the only thing missing is a forging area. Thanks for posting.

Murphy is referring to my 7 year old son. He cleans the shop for allowance money and the occasional knife that he can't live without. He drives a hard bargain and is getting to the point that I can't afford him. And think he could take Murph! ;-)

Thanks all. Jbs I've love your projects. Marchand no forging area yet. Stock removal for now. Hopefully someday!

I'm so jealous I could puke....:D

That would be my dream shop. Are you fulltime knifemaking?

No trade. Not fulltime. However because of the downturn in the economy that has effected so many of us. I have been blessed with a lot more free time to pursue knifemaking. Hope to go fulltime someday!

And you still have my pictures I colored up on your walls! Er, I mean the kids colored...

Very nice, do you use the segment bender for auto related work, roll bars etc. The shovel looks a little out of place :D

That's a cool knife. Can I clean your shop?

Fantastic shop.

My condolences on having to deal with Murph.

Great setup man, nicely put together...one question tho

Who manufactures that media blaster?

How often do you have to replace the media?

That's awesome core knife. That's what I'm talkin about. Use space wisely. My place isn't as big as it looks. 22x22. The way my backyard is I couldn't legally make it 1inch bigger. Id love to see some detailed pics of your grinder set ups.

All right alwaysfishin. I'm assuming your referring to my stereo or my sandblaster. Let's go with sandblaster. At least that what we know them as here in sparrow fart usa. ;-) its just a cheap harbor frieght. I did put a better gun in it and wired a light and shopvac to it. Works o.k. for small stuff.
