ordered some gear the other day, to continue working on a survival kit i am putting together...

I working on building a PSK around a single shot shotgun,have yet to decide .410,20 or 12 gauge

It was very nice, I removed the wire saw, sak, ducktape and wet matches; added some paracord, lighter and beaner.
great set of stuff, been out in my hunting bag lately.
I'll get some pics of the kits up soon.

Nice work and what great kits you have there - cant even imagine the time and thought it mustve taken to get all that together!

I am working on a kit based around a rossi 410 single shot with synth stock and stainless hardware....it is a youth model that is my son's at the moment...he has another with the wood stock.....sooooo i beleave i may be taken this one for my kit....The stock has enough room for the contents of a small psk and when broken down the gun in its carry pouch fit in my pack. the pack that the combo came it also has a 22 barrel and room for additional kit....with just the 410 you can take any game with a selection of shot and slugs....I would probably not carry the 22 barrel to decrease weight and make room for more items to aid survival and comfort.
