It's for deanimating zombies. :D

I did it originaly for a brush hook, and to remove some weight from the end.
But upon completion I realized that the machete is a bit long for that to be used safely as a brush hook. So really it just turned out to be a few more inches of sharpened steel with a wicked point. :confused:
 
Wow you guys got machete fever! I have never seen so many! I have like 5 machetes. I dont think I can hold a match to some of you guys. LMAO.

Joezilla only does it cause I'm suffing from PTSD. And can't think str anymore. If my mind was right. I would be KING MACHETE. Lol

I too am a big machete fan, though my collection is small. I have from the Rothco 12" camp through the Cold Steels to the 28" Tram.

Here is the only one I have made so far.

The owner wanted a machete to do the work of an axe, and a machete. Here are some pics of the progress. 1/4" 1080 18" cutting edge, 27" OAL.

P Moore, how much would you charge to make those on a regular basis? They seem like a very nice design and I'm sure some people here (ME!) would be interested in one.
