Can't really see the wear on the blade but it's in my pocket almost constantly. Even had a little rust on the butterfly because I've been cleaning up the yard and sweating something awful (thanks Mississippi). Just cleaned her up, flattened the washers, and got the action perfect.

I should show my 562cf too, it's been used a lot.
 
That one is pretty cool. I carry a slipjoint as well. It is actually over a 100 years old and is tight as a drum but blades are worn.
I've got one that's about 100 years old and the blades are nice and full but it has little snap left so I don't carry it much.
 
Weak stomach?

I have a H! Spyderco that has been in the washer probably over 200x that even the black handle turned green (probably from the heat dry cycle).

Still the knife is tight with no play and is great.
