Let's see your good old basic fixed blades, Bowie's, Stickers, etc.

Just made this, the glue is still drying. It needs a sheath, probably I will make it of plywood and cover it then with leather or maybe cord. The handle has a core of plywood slabs glued and pinned in place, covered with a layer of hemp cord soaked in epoxy, then covered with wrapping. I wiped the wrapping with wood glue afterwards and might put some varnish on to seal the wrap. I still need practice with my wrapping, getting the pattern even is difficult.

Got these two Condors a while back now and forgot I had them. Sold by Condor as "Inca Knife" as I recall. Bought the black one and thought it was pretty interesting for under $25 so I ordered another one.
Sound familiar? The Blue one shows up and it's longer and actually lighter than the Black one. Happily confused I kept them both. First thing I did was to stretch the retainer straps in the proper place over the handles to secure blades.
Five years or so later it works ☺️

This Tiburon turned up with the Condors. Thought it deserved a picture.
