Thanks Gev, I am quite fond of it as well. Unfortunately it is a little on the big side so it does not get as much pocket time as it deserves.
But I regularly take it out to fondle when watching TV or something like that ;)

Great thread and timely, I'm an unabashed fan of Traditional locking knives. Many a time I've needed the added security of a lock and been thankful for it. Here American liner lock in White Bonestag from Queen in D2 and French locking Laguiole in Ram's Horn and Sandvik.:thumbup:

That is just beautiful. The bone is just so rich and liquid. Why can't they do bone like this today?

I thought the same exact thing when I first laid my eyes on this knife. The bone really is that rich and liquid, nothing rubbed on it or anything like that.
