My newest addition, the dead simple 510. I trimmed down the belt loop and set it up for neck/belt carry. Also sharpened up the spine at the clip to make shavings and strike ferro rod. Interestingly, the ambidextrous sheath has better retention left handed than right handed.
I always wanted one of these; got interested in knives after they were discontinued.

You should try the 711. Most comfortable handle of all Mora's. Edge also goes back to the handle.

Here’s my 746g, same handle style as the 711. And yes, it’s super comfortable! This was the first Mora I ever bought. Many since then and this one’s now become my “toolbox knife.”

I got my first Mora about 12 years ago - laminated carbon Classic with full length rat-tail tang. Santa came back the next year with some more for my family, and a couple of other neat tools for my stocking.

Yeah, $45 for a classic just isnt the same lol. Messes with the entire ideology...plus they modified the blade shape.

Will definitely pick up another 510 soon.

Bought the wife a couple of Mora's (one an Eldris). So I bought a Kansbol a while ago. Just got my Eldris in the mail today (with firesteel kit).

There's no denying it, they're excellent knives, but I don't like that "industrialized" style. I like to change the cables and leave them with "soul".

Regardless of which Morakniv model, I modify it to my liking and need.

I also have rehandled a few of the old laminated Mora blades. Great blades,shame they don't still make them.
