You have got a handsome collection there Douglas! Thank you for sharing! Which is your favorite so far?
Are you sticking with the Ivory G1o for a while or going for variety next?

Chris, I'll preface my response by saying for me questions like this are best answered while sitting at a camp fire. I tend to gravitate towards smaller blades for their utility as a skinner. I'm not a bush craft person, mostly because of my environment i.e. Texas hill country, You could say that is the rule. The exception to the rule is now and has been, since I got my first blade from you I think it was the Apache, is this, I have a genuine love for hand made things , in particular, knives. When I stumbled upon FF and Allen's and then your work in particular, right away I saw something extraordinary. Quite a few "something's " in fact. Even as I never set out to become a collector it does look as though that's what I've done. The Ivory g10 blades really spoke to me and I have four now out of the last five you've made. These are all earmarked as going to my 3 grandchildren, hopefully while I'm still able to "story" them well. The new Warthog will be my keeper. I'm happy to diversify now towards a variety of scale combos. That said when a ivory g10 shows up I'm likely to go for it.

The two on the left are carbon fiber. The second from the right is Commando Lightning Strike Carbon Fiber. My first one on the far right is black canvas micarta with red pinstripes.

I need to venture out from black on future purchases. I reacted to what was available rather than coming into this with a plan to focus on black synthetic handles. Synthetic handles are good with me, but I am interested in more than variations of black.

Thanks for the comment. I was beginning to wonder if folks were offended by movie parodies.

To your last part .. nope, not offended. I saw this earlier and cracked up but the support tickets were a bit crazy today. I did think "Holy heck that's a lot of Raptors. I've got to be careful handling my one at a time"

Nice group!

Phil Ditto to what Jerry said with regards to movie theme. I love it! I'm definitely leaning towards the K-Raptors for my kitchen. And I'm looking closely at Jerry's drawings.

Very cool pic and an awesome layout. Sometimes I think I should just send my knives to other folks just so they can be in a nice pic/setting. :-)

lol you've done some nice shots before. That said I'd be happy to do that for you Jerry!

Matè a good book and my Warthog

Very nice. I actually don't think I have ever tried Yerba mate, much less served in a traditional vessel with a metal straw. I've ditched coffee prior to noon over the last few months in favor of black or green tea. Pretty much downing right at 100 oz a day of black, green, or oolong tea throughout the day. I'll have to pick up some mate to try for the morning.

Warthog looking good as always. I wish I had the quiet around here to read like I used to
