Oooh, I dig it man. That's a very handsome blade. Is there a reason you aren't selling them?
I am selling some, but it is a hobby and really like it to stay like that. I enjoy creating knives and making them as best as I can with my very limited tools and space (I live in a city, so I only have a tiny shop in my basement - no grinders). Many thanks for your comments!

I picked up one on the exchange with an ilbruche (where is he lately?) dngler. It is the best bargin I have ever gotten! I'd buy another in a heartbeat, uneven scales and all.

Knife thats a tough one.
If I am only going for a jaunt in my own woods it is whatever I have on me.
But If I am going out on a planned trip I bring a pair of Hikers.
One made by JK Handmade Knives the other by Victorinox.:thumbup:

Hi all,
Here is the 1 or maybe I should say 2 that I have been using as of late.
The Bigger orange handled knife is my Combat Recon and the smaller knife is one that I call the whitler. This is a combo carry on a sheath I made.
Blade forums member Alex N got this in the mail today and told me he was planning on playing all weekend with his new knife. Alex wanted a sheath that he could carry his knife verticaly and horizontaly and then to be able to use with a baldric carry with a small D-ring option also.( Really Alex is not that demanding) so I made this sheath up so he could.
Maybe Alex , will chim in when he gets through playing... I am doing some testing with his knife Recon knife and sheath.
In the shop right now is another forum members knife just waitng to get its handle shaped and some leather pants made for it.
Can any one guess who's it's going to?

My new Swamp Rat M9LE is destined to be another favorite outdoor knife.
Once Rainwalker does my piggy back sheath for it, I'll have the Hairy Carry along with it, for a super swamp combo.
This full convexed Busse NMSFNO will do nicely in the outdoors, too.

Pit LOL that is a good one. Just do like your son did and scoop some snow and at $20 a pop like he got you will have the money no time for your first Breeden knife LOL.
You know Pit, when ever I think about that time your son wanted some money and then you told him if he did 10 snow removel jobs at $3 a pop he could have $30. Then you said that you went out and when you came back in( few hours later) he was sitting on the couch and you asked him if he went out and made any money and he told he did one job and got $20 and decided to call it a day. I giggle every time I think about that. I wish I could have seen the look on your face when he told you that LOL LOL . That was a great story you shared.

I picked up one of those a few months back and am contemplating modding it.
Is it worth the trouble or should i just leave it as is?
