If you can find out about the 90 stockman/scout knife.I'm a Life member!! I'll see if I can poke the Bear!!![]()
Please do! If someone can get Case to do a nice run of Scout Knives, then I will get to have the fun of explaining to my wife why I need to buy a stockpile of expensive scout knives for my annual GAW (which is currently very overdue, I just haven't been able to properly inventory my collection since the burglary and and subsequent relocation for the duration of my home remodel). Honestly, she is very understanding and supportive, and she knows how much the scout knives mean to me. But I'll still need to explain myself.I'm a Life member!! Thank you for your professional response Mr. Waynorth. I know we are not discussing money here, but it was important to me to understand whether I was overpaying. From your response I understand that this is an inflated price for this model and its condition. Are the years of production 1947-1948 correct? We generally don't discuss terms of sales in this forum, just the knives themselves!!
You have presented to you a fairly common Scout knife in less than excellent condition!!
I know it's close, but I must leave that answer to someone who is more expert at dating Scout Knives!!Are the years of production 1947-1948 correct?
I just want to know what tree you're picking these off of!!!
Yes magnets screwed to the back of the branchesGreat display, holo07! How are the sticks, holding the knives, attached to the gun cabinet? I would guess magnets?
