Case 1116, 1920-1940. Typically, this model has a small spey blade, but at some point, somebody did an excellent job modifying it to a very useful drop point blade. This knife has become one of my favorite carry knives.

That's interesting, but I'm not so sure. Are you thinking my knife had the screwdriver blade removed? On my knife, the notch in the handle lines up perfectly with the blade's nail notch when closed. I figured it was a 1116 "Budding" knife that had its spey blade modified after it started out like this one I found on the internet. I welcome your additional thoughts or anyone else's. It would have a screwdriver blade and a spear main blade. The notch is for the screwdriver.
