Let's see your Traditional Case knives, old to new.

I love it! These knives have personality to spare. You can't get that from tacticals. Great show folks!

I've got a passel of 'em and can keep this thread alive for a while, if forced into it. ;)

:playful: O K, who's been holding out ?

Here's another Case/Bose collaboration. The Lock back Whittler.

Robin ,nice thread.

This is a vintage Tested 6231 1/2, with unusual handles.
They are either Rodgers Bone, or 2nd cut Stag!?!?
Any opinions??
Charlie,I say that's Rogers.

~P,you give me the blues.:-)

Gary, that lockback is the best I've seen by Case in modern times.

Not the oldest I own,but the oldest of my collection.

This knife got me started down this road.Being unemployed during the winter,my mentor and master mason instructor took me around hardware stores looking for discontinued Cases.
In 1979 at Ironton Hardware Ironton,Ohio we bought some knives off the display. This was my first ever knife to collect, and I think the frame led me to farmers jacks. $18.00,the only investment I think I've ever made money on.

All new since I started my collecting Case knives again; I gave 5 away to Afghans back in the day, 4 to family and friends, and got into this modern fixed and folder blade kick which I quickly tired of....

Here's a couple pics I took the other morning. Some from the XX era and a couple from the 70's. There is just something really special about that old Case red bone... ;)
