That is a beauty.
I had one of those for a while and ended up trading it away; should have kept it as I like cattle knives. Those sure do appear to look like a Camillus manufactured knife.NKCA Case Cattle knife from 1987!!View attachment 2854159View attachment 2854160
Nostalgic tang stamp 1 of 7000 NKCA club knives!! Not the best era for Case; the parts were tumble finished, blades had odd grinds!! The knives were quite "squared off" and chunky/blocky!! They have gotten better lately!! Still a useful knife, if not the beauty of the XX period!!
Case??Good morning BF!
Hope y'all had a great weekend!
Just broke out the Dead Reckon 'Ridgeback' integral for a down & dirty Monday morning EDC. ***Of special note, the pivot lockup is IMO the strongest currently available for a folding knife, it's outstanding***
I still dislike the Pocket Clip, very poor design.
So, I'm still on the lookout for a replacement, open to any/all suggestions***
Have a knife day.

Oh, good lord, I thought I was posting in a different thread...this get'n old isn't for sissies!!What does this even mean??

Absolutely! It looked a lot worse than that before I cleaned up it up a bit. My grandpa has been passed away for around 20 years now, but obviously a sentimental keeper! Thanks for the compliment.Beautiful knife and priceless.

And, you can use them in salads (leaves and flowers are eatable) plus you can dry the tap roots, then use them to make a "healthy" caffeine free tea.View attachment 2854769
Who needs to spend time planting flowers?!? These pop up every year and are zero maintenance!!

A true treasure with all the memories that go with it. Thanks for sharing.
Thanks Steve. And, you can use them in salads (leaves and flowers are eatable) plus you can dry the tap roots, then use them to make a "healthy" caffeine free tea.
(I suppose you could add a 200mg caffeine tablet to each cup to get the necessary for "life" vitamin caffeine.)
Wow, thank you for that information! I never realized the knife was THAT old! That's a beauty you've got there yourself as well.Nice little Jack knife, Tko!!!
Some years ago, a small group of collectors referred to your handles and mine as "Yellow Bone", because of the strong underlying color!! Mine is from later in the "Tested" period, late 1930s and yours is an early XX - 1940s!!View attachment 2854872
