Here’s what I know direct from Amy. The bevels are flat, the cutting edge is sharpened on a slack belt so it would technically be a convex. But the edge is so thin that the curve on the secondary bevel is microscopic at best.

You know how you love to use your knife the feel when opening a box , whittling and the sound and feel of it working for you. This is one of those knives I enjoying looking at it just as much admiring the craftsmanship and beauty of the wood and blade .
