Much more excited about this than the whittler. Gonna go for at least 2 out of 4 of the patterns. I prefer natural covers but that acrylic is interesting.

Does anyone know how acrylic will hold up after 40-50 years? I know celluloid has lots of issues, and I know lots of plastics break down over time. I'm also curious if anyone knows what micarta will look like after that long?

I know what I will look like in 40-50 years so I have not given it much thought.

I am happy they are doing the 81 pattern, but for me it is best as a moose variation.

I may try for a yellow rose…….

Hmm, textured coffee house or purple micarta? At first I wasn’t too excited about the 81 pattern but I’m going to try to get one of the Tidioute flavors. They’re too interesting to pass up IMHO.

Looking forward to some more in-process photos when they get back from their down week.

I’ve got one double-clip muskrat (Schrade USA) which I think is probably enough for me. I’m fine with a little break for the wallet. Of course you never know what might speak to you when they post photos of the finished product, but I’d say this one’s a pretty safe pass for me.

A great opportunity do do one in some Acrylic looking like Old School Butter&Molasses and a Smooth Bone, seems not.

Some great handle materials, but the double muskrat clip leaves a bit to be desired. These would have been incredible as a stockman.

Yeah, I think they are tired of multi blade knives at this point. We are probably going to see some runs they can bang out fast if I had to guess.

What makes you think that they might stamp too many muskrat blades? I am curious.
