What would you like to see coming up? Do you have a favorite pattern in the overdue list?

Whoever already got the new fixed hunters please feel free to post some pics. Beautiful bone on those, looked pretty much like the cowhide bone from recent 68 White Owl. Black and grey micarta is interesting to see "in person" too.

Here is mine. Absolutely gorgeous texturing and colors.
GEC H10 Combined.jpg

Really nice caramels and browns and hints of white popping through and the dye-job looks very organic to me, almost like natural aging.
GEC H10 FB EDC-3.jpg

To me, it's like the bone version of the "Woodland Muslin Micarta" version they did a couple years ago.

I actually snagged 2 of these, one for a friend, but didn't bother getting a comparison of them both because they looked nearly identical to me.

Gorgeous indeed, thank you for such a great pictures! Interesting sheath you got there. I'd move the clasp right to the guard, so handle wouldn't have any vertical space to move up and down accidentally. I might make a new sheath for mine too, if I won't like the factory one for some reason when it arrives, for I think it might be too bulky. I like slim and minimalistic sheath, like yours.

Yeah I realized the strap would have been better down by the guard after I made it lol. I modeled it after some old vintage sheaths I had which were like that but I'd definitely do it different next time. I actually made this one for the same reason, I was afraid the stock sheath would be too bulky. I have some other GEC fixed blades (H73 and H23) and their sheaths are amazing but SUPER over-built. When I bought my first H10 I actually got it from DLT who had an option to buy one cheaper if it didn't come with a sheath so I went with that option so I could make a nice slim sheath anyway. I eventually also got some H10s with stock sheaths and, while they are still a bit bulkier than my DIY sheath, they aren't too bad size ways actually... certainly no where near as thick and bulky as my H73 and H23 sheaths. One feature I with the stock H10 sheaths had though that I added to my DIY sheath (and is actually a feature on my H73 sheath) is a snap-connected belt loop. It's really nice for quickly attaching or removing the knife from your belt without having to undo your belt.

It will work for me only if it's really hard to detach accidentally, otherwise I'll prefer a stitched loop. Maybe I'll try to remodel the original sheath, don't know yet. The small modern knife that I want to replace with H10 is mostly carried in a sheath inside the pocket of my work pants which are beltless (suspenders are the best thing for construction works and such!), so I might try and integrate a metal clip into a sheath. Wanted to try and make a slip for folders with a clip, but never got around because I am not sure of it's usefulness in that case. Fixed blade is another story though, might actually work well.

Another option, if you like really compact carry options, is something like this completely beltless pocket sheath I made for mine as well. I use this one a lot too, just depends on what I'm doing with the knife at the time but it's nice to have the option to just drop it in my pocket or in my pack or something if I really don't need it specifically on my belt. Could probably do a version of this with a pocket clip like you were talking about.

The snap-connected belt loop I've personally never had an issue with. Even when I tested it out doing yard work with it unsnapped, I never managed to actually knock it off my belt
