Very nice, ESPL is growing on me. The closest I have to this is the Red Onion micarta 81 which I like very much. I wanted to grab at least one of these 48s and I dig the Garnett color so I have one of these on the way.

Just added the Purple Sage yesterday. Thanks @321Bandaid, I love it. The only problem with it is that I can catch the tip of the blade just barely with a fingernail when it's closed. If/when I start using it, I guess I'll just hit the kick with a 600 grit diamond stone?

ESPL makes a fine cover. A bit more natural and refined looking that other paper micartas IMO.

Wow, I saw the tomato acrylic 48's be in stock at a popular dealer's store for like 10-15 min before going out of stock. I guess they were priced a bit high, but I thought these would fly off the shelves. I think GEC availability time may correlate to the state of our economy. Hard times ahead?
