I agree about a run of 72s and 73s. Looks like we’ll have to wait until Thanksgiving to get some adult-size knives! This 14s monkey business is starting to cause irritation.

I seem to have heard somewhere that the Grinling was unlikely to every be done by GEC again due to the difficulty of doing them the first time.

That’s sad news if it’s true about the grinling whittler.

I’d be fine waiting if production took longer than usual especially with some of huge runs they’ve done lately.

I’ll be hoping for another splitback whittler sometime in the GEC future.

82 Dixie and a small version of it at 3 3/8" is my perma obsession. Add to that a stainless option...yet that's as likely as a lottery win, but as desirable
