Wonderful collection of cover variation. Great sample of each. Thanks for sharing!
It's an interesting showcase of what GEC is capable of. It's unfortunate that they have to limit themselves.

When do you think there will be another Northwoods?
What a fantastic knife. Really need to get one in purple camel bone. I always have hope for GEC bringing back the 31 pattern.
I am hoping to see the 31 pattern again. Northwoods/KSF paid GEC for the pattern tooling to be started by GEC. So I think Bill would have to have a talk with Jay from KSF before making any GEC varieties. I would like to see a few Northfield & Tidioutes split-back whittlers using the 31 pattern. What a fantastic knife. Really need to get one in purple camel bone. Which is pretty odd considering I’ve seen a few elephant ivory’s traded and a few mammoths. Yet never seen a purple camel bone and they made the most in the purple camel bone cover. Only by a handful but still.I am hoping to see the 31 pattern again. Northwoods/KSF paid GEC for the pattern tooling to be started by GEC. I also want one of the purple camel bone Norfolk Whittlers. I’ve been looking, but that is one that will probably never be found.

Thank you Trav.fishin1635 that is a beautiful set of stag Fremont Jacks.
The 31 pattern is a little different from other Northwoods knives made on GEC patterns. Derrick Bohn of KSF paid GEC to create the tooling for that pattern. That’s why there are no GEC branded knives made on the 31 pattern.
I’m pretty sure they have stuff planned. If you’re prepared and fast you can usually score oneSounds like fun, I wander if they have anything planned in the near future. I'll be sure to follow them on social media to check for hints
A Freemont drop would break KnivesShipFree lol excellent example you got thereI think an announcement of a run of Fremonts would stir up a bit of a frenzy
